Living in Holland has afforded me an appreciation of the use of trains to get around. Park the car at the office, walk about 50-100 yards....errr meters to the trainstation. Take the train to the airport. If just popping around without luggage, I can walk about 5 minutes from my apartment to the station in Haarlem and take it wherever I want...airport, Amsterdam, work or another country. Pretty handy.
